I would honestly rather high sec be able to deply their own. The the stuff they talked about being possible with the PoS revamp could have made that possible. But, that may never happen. The stuff to do the station control is in the game though,...

You can not have capital combat ships in high sec. You can only have so many people in a single high sec system. A single high sec corp, USING THE CORPORATION TO IT'S POTENTIAL, can keep goons out of several high sec systems, all by themselves...
